Please add the ability to add | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Please add the ability to add additional fields to the emergency form.

We would like to gather more information in the emergency form, but there is no option to add a field at this time which means creation of a secondary form. This requires parents to fill two forms for all the information we require.
