When Medication is reason for visit, please pre-populate dosage (as specified with an allergy or condition) to 'notes' section of visit.

Alternatively, a field specifically for dosage would also be great.

The ability to override the dosage would be fine, but having that information front-and-center during the visit would be super helpful.
