Add report for grading managers that displays outstanding commits in grade books.

Registrar's and other grading managers are going to want to see if any teachers have outstanding commits for their courses before term grades are finalized. Please create a report that will allow them to pull this information.

    Thank you for this new feature! It's appreciated as we approach our grading deadline for fall term. However, we are seeing different numbers reflected in this column than in the gradebook when we click through. Confusing! Since we only have one term grades in the GBs so far, I don't think it's an issue of multiple marking periods... is it possible there's a bug here? I'll open a support ticket, but curious if anyone else is seeing this.

    Hi Folks -

    With yesterday's release, we added a new column to the Gradebook list that can be found in Academics > Grades > Gradebooks. The column is called 'Uncommitted evaluations' and will show you a count of all assignments/skills that have yet to be committed for a given class.

    One note I have is that this value is for any/all uncommitted assignments, not just the uncommitted assignments for a given marking period or term.
