Please allow the Medical Contact Card fields to be editable
Per state licensing there are several more items I need on the Medical contact card - parent work address, enrollment date, the text associated with permission to treat
Medical contact cards are great - overall comprehensive and so helpful to be able to print them in bulk quickly. It would be awesome, though, if there was a little flexibility in what we can include. We are doing an emergency reunification drill, and our security officer requires us to put the homeroom at the bottom of every student's emergency contact card. We do it through a merge process, but it is a lot of steps. Or, if we could build our own in an advanced list that includes all of the current fields, but allows us to join additional information, that would work as well. Thanks!
The text associated with permission to treat is key. It's maddening that you can add 'permission to treat' to a form, but you can't put it under the medical tab.

There are way too many conditions and way too many medications to use a drop down field for the medications field.
