In a student's Medical tab, "No known allergies or conditions" is the default status for the Allergies and Conditions block. This could mean:

-the parent told the school there are no allergies

-the parent hasn't told the school about allergies yet

I suggest the default status is changed so it is immediately obvious whether or not the parent has communicated with the school about allergy status. A few possible routes:

A) "Unknown" as default, changes to "None Reported" if parent confirms there are no allergies via a medical form or offline communication with the school

B) "Incomplete" as default, changes to "None Reported" if the parent confirms there are no allergies via a medical form or offline communication with the school
