When students submit directly to blackbaud gradebook, the "inbox" icon is displayed next to the space to record their score. Clicking on that inbox takes you to a scoring screen but not the work the student submitted. Blackbaud makes you go through the assignment's page to access the uploaded work students submitted. That is counter-intuitive. Make the inbox icon open student submitted work.
