We need a way to designate student leaders annually. We have decided to do this using awards, but there's no easy way to search for a student with a specific award. For instance, Head Prefect is an award, but there's no way for administration and teachers to find out who is the Head Prefect. If you added the award column to the student lists, then we could use those to search for the award and therefore the student leaders.
