Only able to add charges to a current billing year
Need a way to create a list of students who have profile notices so that regular audits can be done on this data in case it changes.

Yes. Adding profile notice to the user list, advanced list fields, or reports would be so helpful so we can periodically review and see whose profile notice should be deleted as it is outdated. I see no way to export or report on profile notices.
