For Athletics, add hint in the create event window that entering time of "12:00 AM" will show on schedule as TBA.

Knowing this would have saved the folks trying to enter our schedules a good bit of time and frustration.

It would be even nicer if you could enter TBA as a time, but adding the text box should be an easy update.
