When calculating number of courses to create with 'Create Classes in Bulk', please add options

When calculating number of courses to create with 'Create Classes in Bulk', please add options for whether I ONLY want to calculate using 'Approved', or if I also want to include 'Pending'. Currently, only selecting 'Denied' will exclude it from the calculation.

    Also allow it to create sections based on joint classes
