Currently, you can:

-Set the min/max enrollment for a course

-Set a Scheduling Rule that says two courses can happen concurrently

But you cannot:

-Set the min/max for the pair overall

Please add this option. Currently, we can only loosely set the maximum by using room capacity, but cannot set a combined minimum.
