There is the ability to assign a room to a class, which then applies that base room to all meetings associated with the class; any particular meeting can change to a different room for that particular meeting without affecting the other meetings. However, in all of the BB reporting (advanced, SKY, reports), there is no way to extract the individual meeting change. It will reflect accurately in the live, online schedules shared to Teachers, Students, and Parents in myschoolapp, but the gist is: There is no way to identify conflicts either in Blackbaud, or by pulling the data out of Blackbaud and using Power BI or some other tool to parse it; the base room is always displayed in extractable reports.

The Room Conflict Matrix does identify the conflict, but doesn't tell the day or meeting times associated with the conflict.
