Allow attendance infractions to be calculated by period

In order to implement a policy where grades are affected by number of class absences or tardiness, it would be nice to be able to automatically send out warnings to parents and students when they are nearing attendance thresholds for specific periods.

    Need attendance to track absences by class and threshold them for infractions or conduct.
