At the moment, the only way to give someone access to add a transfer enrollment to a student is to give them access to the "Student Enrollment" tasks from the Platform Manager role (or a copy of the role). Once a user has this access from the Platform Manger role, they can then edit student information (such as their Host ID, their Blackbaud ID, their Contact Card, etc.); however, the person who might need to edit a student's enrollment information should not make other changes to a student's profile.
