Currently, if a student has been transferred from one section to another section of a course, there is no way to retrieve their grades from the old section, other than to transfer them back to the old section and export their grades from the old section's gradebook, then transfer them back to their new section. It would be great if these students who have been transferred from one section to another could appear on the "Grades - For Dropped Courses" report that teachers can pull when a student is added to their class. Right now the report only captures students who have been dropped from a course and added to a new course, but with the addition of the "transfer" feature (as opposed to dropping a class and re-adding it to move a student to a different section) when editing a student's schedule, the grades for these transfers are not getting logged in any reports. Therefore, I'd love it if section transfers would be included on the "Grades - For Dropped Courses" report as well.
I would like the grade book option of "Show dropped students" to list students who were marked as transferred when doing a schedule change.
