We have people that are unable to submit a form. If it is a Medical Form we can't impersonate the person and complete it for them. There needs to be a way to mark the form as having been manually recieved so the reporting is accurate and they don't continue to get notifications if the publish date is still active.
This is a really big hassle for us! We have a required government form families need to submit most years. We have it as a required form and an upload and some do it that way, but others get it from their doctor and its simplest to just bring us the form. We can mark it complete on their Student Checklist, but they still get notifications that the form is incomplete. The only way to get that to stop is to impersonate each person and upload the form (we don't need them all digital, so this is just a lot of unnecessary work) or delete them as recipients in which case they have no record that the form was submitted. Ideally, marking a Checklist step as complete would mark the form as complete, but even if we had do manually mark each form separately that would still be much simpler than current options!
