It would be an improvement for all School Forms to have an upload Block and to not just have that available for Medical Forms. If I send out a form for all parents/staff to complete and sign, this will allow us to have the completed form uploaded directly to Blackbaud. It can be housed where it is needed depending on the placement/request of the form. It can be in academics, extracurricular or faculty.
