Currently, I have to add a new formula for every report period for every grade plan that we use. It would be good if you could create formulas and then select which ones to add to which reports instead of having to type it out each time. This year we are only using 100% Gradebook formula and i would love to add it once and then just match it to each grading period that you don't have to reconfigure every year. For final reports, we might use Gradebook 80% and Final Exam 20% which again would be handy to set up once and match it to grade plans.
We have a complex set of formulas that mostly do not change, but occasionally in past years the formulas have not copied over during the Academic > Grading rollovers. It should be possible to copy grading formulas from year to year if they are missed during the grading rollover. A bank of formulas would help.
Yes, being able to copy it over from period to period and even across grade plan groups would be very helpful.
