Some of our students attend weekly recurring appointments during the class day (counseling, speech & language, and telehealth). We would love a way to enter recurring appointments for students (appointment schedules are set at the beginning of the year and will continue throughout the school year on the specified day at the specified time).

Ex: John Smith meets with Mrs. Apple (Speech & Language) every Tuesday during 1st period from 8:00am-8:45am.

Currently, we enter each individual weekly appointment, daily, by period, which makes for a lot of unnecessary data entry.
