I agree!  But there is a work around... I have created advisory groups for each grade level.   If you go into the advisory group and click on the grading tab (even if there aren't any grade plans open), there is a report tab.  You can run transcripts here.  I use these at report card time also so I can review report cards for the entire grades without having to run them in the small batches.  You can give the heads of school and Deans access to these also.  These advisory groups have been helpful to our Dean of students and Heads.  They are able to send bulk emails to each grade level and they can see academic information on the students through the roster tab.  

YES! It is ridiculous that we have to do segments at a time. We should at least be given the option for the full a-z or each alphabet individually. so an A-Z or A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,Z. 

Yes, this would be most helpful to have one batch rather than 5. Thank you.
