Change Width of Margins for the Whole System/ Database

Seems like Blackbaud's Margins are set very wide making the whole UI in the center of your browser. This is s problem when having to set multiple columns for queries. You have to scroll left/right to see all your columns. An adaptive UI will span the width of a browser. Can you make it so a school/ institution can adjust the width of their magins?

    Additionally, the horizontal scroll bar within SKY lists should always be displayed. Currently, you have to begin scrolling horizontally using the arrow keys or mouse wheel in order for the scroll bar to appear.
