I agree with this! During Covid lockdown we changed how we offered our courses, which meant building all new report cards that mirrored the names of our existing report cards, and then we changed our grading model again a few years later. Trying to explain to new admins "no, you want the report card called 'Final Report Card' on page 4, not on page 1" is frustrating. Being able to choose the sort order would help us tremendously.
