Right now, there's no date showing when a file/form was uploaded on a student's record. We have no way of knowing the chronology of when things were uploaded so, for example, if we are looking for the most recent document, we have to download and open each one and search for the date within the document.

Adding the upload date, or giving us the option of adding an effective date, would be very helpful.
