When an employee is unemployed, they should never be able to be attached to an active group. We have several past employees that we are now having to re-employ, and then unemploy to remove roles like Advisor, Activity Group Leader, etc. This article explains the issue we had. I am asking that the system be designed so that it is not possible to save a group if a past employee is attached to the group to prevent this from happening.
