Ability to Individualize Transcripts
It would be incredibly helpful if there were a way to individualize transcripts to each student, even if it were just in being able to save a note on just that student. Every year we have at least 1-4 students who need an explanation of a class, or a note about a class. It seems crazy to have to add it to a general transcript, print out for that student and then delete the note again so it doesn't impact anyone else. Plus then there is no digital record, only the printed copy.

Official Notes can be used to add individual notes to transcripts. You can create an Official Note type specific for transcript notes and set to print on transcripts. Notes can then be added to the student record with that type. On the transcript setup, you can include the Official Notes sections and limit it down to the specific note type. The official notes section can be placed either in the year breakdown, or as a separate section.
