Option to send to Leaders only in Groups

We use the extracurricular groups for our parent volunteer committees. While we want parents to see who is on the committee, in some cases we don't want parents to send communications to everyone, only the leaders.


In the Send Communications To box, it would be nice to have the option "Send to Group Leaders" and turn off the other options.

    Beyond frustrating to find that all group types (Academic, Athletics, Advisories, Dorms) EXCEPT Community Groups limit the "Send Communications to" dropdown to be only visible to group leaders whereas the option is available to both leaders and group members in Community Groups.
