We need a way to track parent views of report cards.

We would like to know if parents have viewed the report cards so we can follow up with those that have viewed or haven't viewed them.

YES! How else will we know if all parents are viewing their child's progress? Please, this needs to be a feature similar to how we know how many parents open their pushpages.
