I thought this idea was already submitted, but I couldn't find it. With the custom report card builder, you cannot give access to JUST bulk print report cards (like the generate report card task in the old builder). There is no way to allow people to bulk print without also giving them the access to edit and/or delete report card templates. I can't risk someone assuming they can make an "easy" edit and end up royally screwing the template up. Or worse, deleting a template because they don't understand what it's purpose is.
