All Teacher to decide which grading period(s) to print in the Grading>>Run Grading Reports>>Section Grades by School year

My teachers submit this report to the registrars office and in order to create less paper we would like them to be able to print the report and show the marking period or periods they choose rather than the entire report. For example MQ3 or Q3 or Q1 and Q2.
