Under course requests there are start and end dates for course request access - for Academics and Activities.

After the end date, Admins can still access Academic course requests from the Academic Student Profile. This is desired behavior so deans can adjust course requests after they have closed to Teachers and Students/Parents.

However, after the end date for Activities, the deans cannot see or add Activities in the Student Profile Course Requests. This makes no sense that Activities should have different visibility than Academics.

Please change it so admins can see Activities past the end date for Activity. Mirror the visibility of current Academic functionality.
