Teachers receive an automatically generated reminder email if their attendance is not submitted by a certain time

As it stands now, we send that email ourselves as I cannot figure out how to make it generate automatically. If we move from taking attendance once a day in advisory to taking it every period with the new schedule (still up for debate), it would be far more efficient if the system generates that email than if we have to do so manually.
