On the Medical Allergies and Conditions List we would like a couple of additions to the Columns and Filter sections.

Columns:

• Please include the additional medication fields "Dosage", "Time(s) a day", "Located" fields. "Medication" is there but we need the other information for this to be useful.

Filters:

• Please add "Type" (Allergy/Condition) to the filter list. It is a column, but not currently filterable. This is needed to get lists of Allergies and Conditions separately.
