New grading screen bring back the Tab key functionality

In the new grading screen that was rolled out this past fall, the ability to navigate between columns was changed so that the Tab key no longer moves the cursor across on a screen. This is lost functionality and should be added back in.

    Support indicates users should use the arrow keys to navigate. This is extremely poor UX as the tab key is by convention the universally expected method of moving between text fields, including elsewhere within Blackbaud, and this should be expected behavior in the Grading view as well.
