It would be helpful when viewing Report Cards and Transcripts templates list to default to the view we use most often - Active templates, or remember the last settings. Also, it would be helpful to be able to drag and drop the templates into the order we'd like to view them. (Display order does not seem to make a difference in the Templates window.
