We publish an advisory report card (a single comment) for approximately 30-40 students who are enrolled in a specific advisory group that supports students who work with our Learning Specialists. Grading is set up for the Advisory Group. No other Lower School students are enrolled in this group. No other Lower School Advisory groups have any grade plans attached.

Up until this fall, the report card has only been visible to parents of those in the graded advisory group. This has changed. Last year, this report card only showed to parents of students in this graded advisory group. This year it shows to every parent in lower school, even if their child is not enrolled in the advisory. As I mentioned, this is not how it worked last year with this same report card (new builder). It is also not how it worked with the old report card builder in previous years.

Can we have an option to hide report card links if students are not in the group please?
