In the screen that students see when they click on a course and are able to view their assignments, there needs to be a marking period option so that students can see all assignments for given marking period. When they enter the Assignments tab now, if they don't have any active assignments the system displays a message that they don't have any assignments. They need to know to go to the Date View tile and click on the Previous radio button to be able to see their past assignments. The Range option is nice, but there is no way to set a range and keep it saved so the student needs to know and enter the range each time. Please add a marking period option to they can see all assignments for a marking period.
