Preferred names are the ones important to parents. Parents understand that official documents still need the first name, but in other places they should see preferred name.

Most places in the Parent View show the Preferred Name but currently, if a parent goes through the menu next to their name and chooses "Files & Forms" they see the First Name not the Preferred Name at the top of the list of documents. Please make this the Preferred Name.
