Use "Enroll Group" functionality to select a subset of students to schedule into classes

It would be very helpful to be able to schedule students into classes in bulk, but in a more granular way than currently available. Right now, the options are:

  • school level

  • grade level

  • specific students (entered one-by-one)

  • list (from a pre-existing Blackbaud list)

It would be great if one could use a wizard similar to the "Enroll Group" functionality to select a group of students to enroll. For example, one could select a grade level, but then remove certain student whom you do not want to schedule yet. A sample use-case for this feature is the ability to schedule/enroll certain students who have met enrollment/registration requirements before scheduling those who have not.

    We have revamped the Enroll Group functionality and enabled some additional filters to add group that you can then unselect specific students from.

    We also added the ability to paste a list of students from outside the system to use as the group to enroll.
