Add "Submitted Date/Time" and | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Add "Submitted Date/Time" and "Approved Date/Time" in Infractions lists

I see there is already an idea for adding "Approved by" or I would have included that as well. Please and thank you!

Teachers often back date an infraction as they did not get to it when it happened. As managers, we want to see when the infraction was submitted and also when it was approved/denied, etc. In addition, the date range in approval should be based on ...
