The infraction for absent for 5,9,12 and tardy 5,9,12 for elementary school attendance are not working properly. The issue is that they will receive 5,9, and receive another 5. is anybody else at your school having this kinds of issue. It is really annoying and the blackbaud support says this is normal which I do not agree with.
