editing student enrollment default has the blocks out of order: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 1 2

We need to be able to set a default. We can drag them back into the correct order 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. However, this needs to be done each time a student is opened. Those working with scheduling have a terrible time "seeing" student schedules and it is waaaay too time consuming to drag for every student.
