Include preferred last name in directory/roster search
The preferred last name field is ignored when searching a Directory in Faculty, Student, or Parent personas.
If the student's legal last name is Smith, but the preferred last name is Jones, a search for Jones will not find the student in the directory.
The use case is a student who is planning a legal change of the last name mid-year. The student wants teachers and other students to start using the preferred name at the start of the school year.
We would add the new last name as the preferred last name until the legal change occurs.

Directory and People Finder both search on preferred and preferred last names now. The user's name isn't listed differently than before, but we now search on first, preferred, preferred last, and last names when returning results.
