We have 5-10 mastery skills per course that need to report out to the report card. Currently we either need to "combine" these into one assessment or map these to duplicated assessment skills and then add them all to the report card (which is completely untenable). Mastery Skills should be mappable to a grade plan group or something like this that can be added to the report in bulk and would "unfold" in the report card to show each skill with its assessment. They should also have a "Report Card" check box to allow them to be excluded from the report if needed. Teachers should be able to override the "calculated" mastery skill in the teacher view prior to publishing the report. Some classes would have more or less skills. If needed, have something like an assessment skill group that all the assessment skills for that report would go into.
