When you are in the Faculty side of Blackbaud, you have the ability in your Official Notes inbox to filter by type of note on the right side of the page by checking off the types of notes you want to view. However, if you are on the Academics side of Blackbaud, you do not have that ability. The functionality should be the same regardless of which persona you are under.
