Regarding the comment, you can filter by school level. We have our Conduct Managers filtered by Lower and Middle school so only they only get notified for their division. core > users/access > manage roles > etc
We just learned the hard way that when "conduct manager" is checked to receive an email, that it is not limited to the conduct manager of that division. So 8 people across our Lower and Middle School just received an email about students bad behavior. It does not make sense that this would occur when the infractions are set up by grade level and school.
