Promote Advisory Above Grades to Boost Engagement🙏

The #1 reason most parents log into Blackbaud is to check grades. Currently, placing the Advisory section below grades doesn’t encourage interaction—nor does it help families understand who their child’s counselor is.

By moving Advisory above grades, we can increase visibility and make counselors the first point of contact. This small change could lead to stronger engagement between families and the counseling team.

We consistently post important updates and resources on counselor bulletin boards, yet many families don’t know where to find them. Elevating Advisory in the layout would help bridge that gap and ensure families are better informed and supported.
