We are required by the BC government to report on attendance in report cards, but the attendance implementation in the Report Card Builder is rudimentary. We record attendance per period/block, so our report cards have what look like inflated absence numbers as there is no option to include and round the day equivalency totals. Parents instead see the total number of periods/blocks missed by the student.
