Currently absences are tracked cumulative, however we track out absence numbers by block. I am able to show the totals on a student's report card however there is no report that will actually do this. I created a Attendance Sem 1 and Sem 2 report under report cards that breaks down absences by block not tied to a grade plan for my attendance coordinator to use. However because it is not tied to a grade plan, I had to give her access by role to all report cards. If there was a report she could run, it would solve the problem.
