The Comment - Count report would be more useful with the following filters:

• By Grade

• By Type

Additionally, if these filters were added, the report would include all students and display a 0 if they have not received a note for that category. If we want to make sure every student has received our version of a positive note by the end of the first quarter, it is important to see students who have received 0. Otherwise, you have to crosscheck the recipients with a class list which is cumbersome.
