During orientation, while students are waiting in line for their school pictures, we have them record the pronunciation of their names. Keeping these recordings together in one list helps our administrative team prepare for award announcements, graduation, and other events. Making each student’s recording available in their individual Blackbaud profile would also be beneficial, giving faculty and staff easy access to the correct pronunciation.
